We have almost completed construction on three more villas which are on a site that borders the land of villas, which have already been sold and can be viewed on this site. The Villa will have been completed in the end of July 2009. The two out of the three villas planned are 129.5 square metres (1.394 square feet) with 2 bedrooms, lounge kitchen-dining room, WC and bathroom with a view of both the sea and the mountain. (The same view as the second villa on our site).
The third villa is 114 square metres (1.225 square feet), with the same facilities and floor plan but not as big and it will only have a view of the mountain. All three villas have a surrounding yard/garden of approximately 1500 square metres (19.300 square feet) each. As with the previous villas, these three have been built with the best workmanship and the best quality materials, with a lot of the internal and external decor and detailing done by hand.
